Shipping policy

We take great care in packing and dispatching your order, and aim to have all parcels sent within 2 business days of purchase. During peak periods or in the event of external disruptions (such as COVID-related delays), dispatch times may be extended.

All orders are sent via Australia Post, with postage costs calculated automatically at checkout based on destination and parcel weight.

We ship both within Australia and internationally.

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Orders returned to us due to an incorrect address may be resent at your expense, or refunded for the product amount less any postage costs already incurred.

While we cannot take responsibility for parcels lost in transit, we are happy to assist with lodging an investigation with Australia Post should the need arise.

• Australia: from $9.99 AUD (up to 500g)

• New Zealand: from $15.53 AUD (up to 500g)

• Rest of World: from $15.71 AUD (up to 250g), or $21.99 AUD (up to 500g)
